Welcome to the filmflüsterer-blog!
My name is Tatjana Aylin Schuster, I am 24 years old and a journalism major (M. A.) at the Johannes Gutenberg University in Mainz, Germany. Currently, I am spending one of the most exciting times in my life: spring term at the University of Memphis, Tennessee. As a Bavarian-Swabian semi-Turk with a lot of international friends, it was the best choice to go abroad for a while and get to know a whole new world.
Since I have always been passionate about movies, film history and film production, I decided to set up filmfluesterer, which means ‚film whisperer‘. Thus, this blog has movies as a main topic, but I also present my own creative work, whether it’s drawings, paintings, self-made videos, photo series, design elements such as infographics, or journalistic articles.
It is my goal to work as a journalist after my graduation this year. I have a lot of experience in the multimedia section (especially video production and photography) – also because of my Bachelor’s degree in ‚Multimedia and Communication‚, University of Applied Sciences Ansbach. What is most important is that I enjoy to create journalistic content, no matter in which form. Besides that, I really love to be creative in many ways, as I’ve mentioned above.
